Curriculum
The child works in an atmosphere of freedom and responsibility. Each classroom is divided into the following areas:

Milk Program: We offer a lunch milk program for the children. You will be asked to bring a gallon of 2% milk about three to four times a year. A reminder will come home with your child’s lunchbox when it is your turn to send milk.
Gymnastics: Gymnastics is taught by KidFit. The mobile unit will come to our school once a week year round. A 45 minute class is held on Wednesdays at 1:30pm. A separate enrollment form and registration fee is required. Cost: $40 monthly payable to KidFit. Spanish (5-6 yrs. only): Spanish class will be held once a week for those children that do not nap. Spanish will be held on Mondays. This is a free class and part of our curriculum from September through May. |
Music: Sing and Play with Dawn Eargle offers a wonderful music class. The Primary Classes have a 40 minute class held once a week on Tuesdays at 10:00am from September through May. The Transitional Class has a 20 minute class held once a week on Tuesdays at 9:30am. A separate enrollment form and registration fee is required. Cost: $40 monthly (Primary), $20 monthly (Transitional) payable to Dawn Eargle.
Friday Lunch: Includes pizza, milk and dessert. $4.00 per Friday, must enroll for the full month. Payment is due at the 1st of the month. Cash only. Nap: The two-year olds, three-year olds and some of the four-year old students take naps after lunch. If your child will be taking a nap we have mats available for purchase at $25 each. We ask that you send a pillowcase and blanket labeled with your child’s name. They will be sent home on Fridays to be washed and then returned on Monday |
